Coverage Duration and Match Scheduling

Triple Deux is not required to photograph or record the Athlete’s entire match in order to fulfill the purchased package. The production team may determine the amount of match coverage reasonably necessary to capture the required deliverables and maintain coverage quality across the Event.

Due to court assignments, overlapping matches, delays, bracket changes, weather, production limitations, or other scheduling considerations, Triple Deux may contact the Customer to request an additional or alternative match time for coverage. The Customer agrees to provide updated match information and reasonably cooperate in identifying another available match when requested.

Any additional or alternative match selected under this section is intended to replace or supplement the originally identified coverage window as reasonably necessary to complete the purchased deliverables. It does not automatically provide the Customer with additional deliverables, full-match coverage, or coverage of multiple matches unless separately confirmed by Triple Deux in writing.
